Anatoly Shashkin💾Scanned my favorite children's book from the Soviet times - "a House in Snow" by Alexander Dorofeyev ("Дом в Снегу". Александр Дорофеев, 1989).
It's a collection of funny autobiographical stories from author's childhood, not really targeted at kids, and therefore not talking down at them.
The text was already out there, but I wanted to preserve the unique and surreal illustrations that make no sense out of context.

@phooky my uneducated guess would be a strong press. Assuming the piece of wood is held in place, a stamp could probably manage to maintain the level of detail without shattering the wood.
