making, warping, stitching, untangling
some days there are no wins and then some days there are cinnamon roll cake wins
it’s madness
mix honey and flour and let it sit for a month (?) and then add spices and chemicals mostly used in glass production (potaske) or as fertilisers (hjortetakssalt) and bake them til they are hard and then store them til they are soft - and then you glace them!!!
honey hearts are as close to alchemy and echoes of something older as baking gets!
my flight was cancelled and now i find myself in a dining hall of a airport hotel, a place where time stands still, we are waiting outside of time and space
Still getting used to this, still liking it, trying to not endings in too much moody poetry (in this lovely quiet room)
