Community campaigner/#NPPF/#GreenBelt/#Localplanning.

Spent many years raising awareness with local residents of need to engage with English planning system and promote what can be achieved through community engagement. This has required much reading of planning legislation and decisions, writing responses to UK Govt planning consultations, Commons Select Committee EFRA consultations.

@QasimRashid For interesting background on USA situtation suggest BBC Radio 4 "Bad Blood: The Story of Eugenics" and top it up with the Gabriel Gatehouse podcast series "The Coming Storm" from same source.
@UndisScot When briefly lived in Kinross and worked in Perth, visiting Craill, St Monans, Pittenweem and the rest of the Fife coast was always a delight.

@adambienkov Interesting that respondents effectively only rate themselves ("Ordinary man/woman in the street") to be trusted about half the time (55%). So how can we trust the survey respondents ratings at all? We are a duplicitous bunch at best.
