like this emoji for example. what do i do if i receive that as a reaction? there is no instance to associate it with. emoji.122.hu is not an instance. some software allows reacting with foreign emoji, so i can't even use the actor's instance for this
i honestly didn't expect constructing a name like [email protected] to be the most difficult part of implementing the api...
in activitypub, the emojies don't actually have to be associated with an instance at all 
i honestly already forgot what i did to get the serial number 55214 i have on here...
maybe i'm not a real bot
