I was late to actor Fatima Sana Shaikh's AMA on Epilepsy Awareness Month (November). As someone living with epilepsy for a long time (as a kid and later in life as an adult and continuing) these particular ones really spoke to me. Social anxiety can sometimes be more limiting than a seizure itself. Like her I do get the aura. "Oh I am gonna get it now." "I am going to get it today because I didn't sleep properly." "I am going to get it in front of these ppl!"
