I need to follow through with one of my hobbies and become more than shitty at one of them.
This attitude should last for about 15 minutes, or until something more interesting comes along.

So for context, I shoot (poor quality) photos on a 4 year old smartphone while travelling Australia with with my wife and kids.
Will I get a better camera?
Probably not.
Will I stop making friends with the wildlife? Probably not.
Will I get better at taking photos?
Probably not.
This guy saw me setting up the barbecue and came to hang out on the washing with high hopes!

Saw 2 firetrucks trying to negotiate rush hour in Sydney CBD today, those legends still took the time to wave to my kids.
Didn't find any furry (or scaly, creepy, etc) friends, but I did find a nice place to take the kids to burn off some energy.

Having an upcoming service on the car is like expecting a call in the afternoon; I find I don't want to do anything and I keep counting mileage and calculating trip lengths because of my stupid brain.
