Although my son got hurt badly last week, I'm so happy it wasn't worse.
This got me thinking about "life luck" and "good health" which we often overlook.

I've been away most of the week with the family and enjoyed the complete disconnect.
But also experienced one of the worst "parent moments" when the hand of my son got stuck in the bowling ball return machine causing 3rd degree burns.
He'll recover but not without a few more hospital visits.
