@GWillow Wow, I never realized they'd actually brought that feature over from iOS to MacOS. Hoping that link someone else posted helps you get it back to the way it was for you. If not, there's always the "dead-keys" keyboard shortcut method, which is also pretty fast once you learn it (option-e followed by e gives you é, option-e followed by a gives you á, etc); guessing you probably already know that, but if not, you can see the mapping further down this page: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/mh27474/mac
