@damien There are only 13 users in this instance which is pretty low so just in case no one take over here there are some alternatives I recently found: https://sonomu.club, https://electronicmusic.social, https://gsg.live/ (Mastodon: https://soc.gsg.live/). I'll be happy to know about more alternatives.
@nanode @Newton @damien I installed many services locally and externally and I don't think installing a mastodon server is the biggest challenge, as Nanode said above I think the challenge would be the time needed for moderation and maintenance and on top of that in order to provide a reliable service you would need to pay a decent server... I wish I could help but I don't have enough time for all of that... If noone takes over I would love to know where you migrate to.
