I almost didn't record a video this weekend. Tired, busy, “nobody will notice.”
But I’d been working on a talk about navigating uncertainty, and the framework was so fresh on my mind that I just walked into the forest and hit record:

Looks like there‘s a bug in the Claude app for macOS where Claude fails to activate a skill.
Until this is fixed, here‘s a workaround: unpack the Zip file with your skill (or look for its files in ~/.claude), attach the contents and ask it to activate from there.
