Just sat one hour to write the last 64 pages of my thesis. It’s an illusion. A lot of stuff is in early draft. Now re-checking the literature there is so much useful stuff. It’s just crazy how much knowledge the management sciences accumulated, all I think untapped. I had one manager with a PhD, and a stack full of good books. And he became rose so fast, it’s not even funny. But I only know because he told me, after supporting me in starting my PhD. For everyone else he was just a good manager.
