I was able to get PHPUnit 4.8–13 passing.
PHPStan and PHPCS are currently failing due to the changes in this PR.
Fixing them would require additional cleanup that I’m not ready to tackle right now, so I’ll leave that to the maintainers’ discretion.
If anyone has the time or interest to help with those checks, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
