250gm flour
125gm cold butter or margarine (I used a mix of butter and Trex)
Pinch of salt
3 tbs water
Put the flour and salt in the food processor. Blitz briefly to sift. Add the fat, cut into small chunks, and blitz again until it looks like breadcrumbs. Add the water and process for 20-30 seconds or until the pastry rolls itself up into a ball. Shape into a disk, wrap in clingfilm, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
