Mat’s Head Dice (male) / Min’s Viewings (female)
It’s why the show spent more time on Perrin’s feelings for Egwene and why they’re teaming up Mat and Min.
Like with channeling they can detect people with the same/similar ability but, untrained, they misinterpret it as feelings of affinity towards the person. And the male/female halves work differently.
