I’m a lifelong Marylander born to Jamaican parents in 1974. I’m a husband and father of twin 7-year-olds (boy, girl). I used to write software for a living, but now I lead and grow individual software engineers and teams. I’m a 2-time University of Maryland graduate (computer science, MBA). I still play with LEGO.
