And it also puts a really strong narrative engine in the game’s SCP inspired setting. Makes it so much more balanced than the first Alan Wake game. That also had a very distinct style (aesthetically and mechanically) but in the service of a story I found so much less compelling. Fingers crossed they deploy what they learned with Control in Alan Wake 2
