I'm inside the Monolith on Expedition 33, so I think on my next Xbox gaming session that could be a game I end up finishing.
Am I going to do some of the post-game stuff? Unlikely, as I've got so many other games to finish, unless there's something I absolutely HAVE to do.
January seems to be a month of finishing things, so far:-
Four games completed
Third arc of Bleach anime done (could get 4th done before Feb too)
Likely to finish Dragon Ball this evening
Is 2026 finally the year where the backlog actually gets smaller?
I've been reading Alexis the monster Kingdom Hearts novel collection that I bought last year, and today we finished Kingdom Hearts: The Novel.
Weirdly misses out Colosseum & Hundred Acre Wood, as well as Halloween Town which the manga also skips, but otherwise pretty faithful adaptation.
Up next is Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, or "the point where a 9 year old might start to get confused by what's going on".
Amongst all the other fun things that are going to happen in 2026 (and the not fun things like me turning 40), the one I'm looking forward to the most is the debt being paid off.
Won't be until December, but oh boy am I looking forward to that no longer hanging over my head.

I'll link it later so other people can either agree with me or tell me I'm going mental, but I swear Sabrina Carpenter's new single has a vocal hook that sounds a LOT like a Sonic level theme.
I've heard it a couple of times on the radio at work and just one little bit reminds me of Sonic.
I like my Ally - the Steam Machine really is showing its age (I've had that for 9 years) and I wanted a portable PC but wasn't sold on a Steam Deck. For a while I thought I'd been bought an Ally X but that was just me misremembering stuff.
This does exactly what I want it to at the speed I want it to, though. No issues with Xbox Game Streaming, emulation is a dream (except PS2, but I'll fix that), and Steam is smooth too.
Just a wonderful machine.
I picked up a ROG Ally dock for £27 yesterday, so now I can play it on the TV if I fancy.
Minor issue that you can't use the analog sticks to control the mouse if leaving a game, but that can be remedied by...using a mouse.
There's probably another setting somewhere that I've overlooked though.
