@flisk @cell It was the usual in most of Spain too, you have to be in your house the day the lorry change canisters in your town or be fucked. I have now town gas installed from 5 years for heating but i maintained electrical stoves.

@flisk I have induction and it's really fast to heat (and more to boil water) and it's easier to clean than electrical resistance ones. The glass doesn't get so hot as in the conventional, and everything over it doesn't carbonize. But, I think it doesn't reach a higher amount of heat transfer and higher temps to cook like a gas stove.
