@arstechnica some Apple manager wanted a thin one for himself, everyone could’ve told them they wouldn’t sell.

On #macOS #Tahoe if you want the old Apple Music design and layout without any #LiquidGlass, write this in terminal:

defaults write com.apple.music com.apple.SwiftUI.DisableSolarium -bool YES

Replace YES with NO to revert it. Similarly you can disable it for any other app, or even globally, but some apps have some visual glitches (mostly Safari).
