Database upgrade underway

The backend database is being migrated. It was running on PostgreSQL 16.8

I'm aiming for PostgreSQL 18.3

In the meantime, stage.freshports.org might be helpful to you.

All ingress nodes are running Python 3.12 except prod. With a storm coming this weekend, that will be my target for updating prod.

Python 3.12 has replaced 3.11 on the dev, test, and staging hosts.

Prod will follow in a few days.

So far, it’s a minor change to the code for a timestamp issue:
