@caseyliss Nate’s is good, too, but slow and far for us west enders. Neither of them is in the same league as Bodo’s, of course
@parkermolloy Long, Long Time and Endure and Survive are so different, but two of the best episodes of television I’ve ever seen.
@emarktaylor @steveumstead getting bot reposts of content from Twitter is not at all the same thing as being able to have sports-related conversations on Mastodon. This is still not a great place for non-nerd discourse, unfortunately.

@davidtoddmccarty i would absolutely follow the timeline of a local instance that focuses on non-nerd topics (sports, movies, politics. etc.). Without full-text search and without widespread hashtag use my timeline is very nerd-heavy. It’s fine, but enough already. But those instances don’t really exist yet.
@paul I’d pay more, if it matters.
@jnievele no dispute there. I do think that learning to drive in a town with that traffic circle prepared me for real roundabouts. At least I know which way to go round and how to join the traffic flow. I think roundabouts are great.
@jnievele I dunno. This is a roundabout in the (American) town I grew up in.
