This is Bakso.
Bakso is Indonesian food, meatball or meat paste made from beef and is similar in texture to the Chinese beef ball, fish ball, or pork ball. Basically Bakso is made from beef meat with tapioca flour, however Bakso also can be mad from other ingredients such a fish, chicken or shrimp.

Noodles are popular among the nations. Bakmi means noodles then Jawa is Java people. It is represent the location of the noodles made of.
Bakmi Jawa has different taste than other noodles. This kind of noodle made of chicken which is not raising on purpose. The chicken usually live at kampoong or villages. In Javanese, it is called as ayam kampung. The Javanese believe that kind of chicken made bakmi or the noodle more delicious.
