I hacked together a little command-line tool called Podslurp. It shows the latest podpings for a podcast feed URL, including the reason and timestamps. It even lets you view the timestamps in any timezone.
If you want to double-check that your show is sending all the intended podpings, this might help.

While working on Podping support for Castamatic, I noticed that some shows aren’t actually sending all the podpings they think they are. It could be due to the tools they’re using, or just a simple mistake.

@adam timestamps in the logs are converted to your timezone (at least I think they are, time zones are sleazy bastards)
@adam I've been testing podping and LIT support for Castamatic. While I receive podpings when you go live, finish live and modify the feed to add a new upcoming live episode, I never get a podping when a new regular/recorded episode is published.
