It was very cold yesterday morning in Adelaide.

Hi Mastodon, meet Archie. He’s almost 2, we rescued him 18 months ago. He’s always been pretty stand-offish, I think because of his upbringing pre-rescue. His brother The Artful Dodger died recently 😢 I think Archie misses him, because ever since then he’s slowly started becoming more friendly towards us. He’s recently started trusting me enough to fall asleep in my lap, and I absolutely love it. There’s not much more cozy than a purring cat in your lap on a cold night. #mastocats

Got free tickets to the V8s at The Bend. Son was very excited. Excitement lasted about...half a lap. Then “daddy I’m bored can I play on your phone” kicked in. Ahh well.
