I'm in a transition phase.

I am working designing a tricorder and learning to sing and create pictures and stories about myself and my friends.

ChatGPT said I should contact a lawyer before writing a personal ethics document. But I can't afford a lawyer. Am I doomed to be unethical?
@Shredd_Tone I'm not an expert, but I perceive a lot of information, even if true, can be harmful. Some because it can open people to exploitation, but in other cases because it can corrupt or clutter someone's mind. We are therefore responsible for proving true knowledge is safe before sharing.
@technoshy31 I mean they're the base level nut, but not bad.
@sweetdreams I like it in green. Seems safer.
@vinesnfluff It's OK to be angry. I'm glad you were able to share, recent events and perhaps some parts of your relationship with your mother sounds frustrating. I try to stay out of psychology for a list of reasons, but my mind does go to your comment about her perhaps having ADHD, and if she were to admit that, it would involve a change to her perception of herself. Something in her resists the change, and your situation is collateral damage of the conflict. But this kind of conjecture is almost worthless with as little as I know, so I hope things get better generally, vinesnfluff.
@vinesnfluff You seem to be expressing frustration. I do think it's important not to judge people based on their formal education, everyone has individual strengths and weaknesses.

I think of my pony OC, Flower, as essentially being me. Flower has several (imaginary) pony friends, along with real friends on social media sites.

It's somewhat an attempt to express myself online, but keep details about myself confidential, to keep myself and others safe.

@MariaTheMartian I've had issues ever since I was a teen, but I know the feeling of having to ration how much stress you put on your hands.
@Quilly Looks cool. I think generally people on the fediverse have pretty convergent interests, mostly related to open source technology. I don't yet feel like I have a good understanding of mastodon myself. I hope you find interesting new people, though.
@Shredd_Tone Looks good to me. :)
