That was an interesting one to work on, for a number of different reasons. Coming up with UI and interaction for something that doesn’t exist yet is a fun challenge.
I don’t get why everyone is talking about the new web version of the Apple App Store. It’s a catalog, not a store, isn’t it? Or did I miss the option to purchase? I’d love to be able to purchase a Mac app while browsing the web on my iPad.

This year it’s going to be 22 years since my first in-person WWDC. When I went, it always was bast. I love the country and the people. Never before did it feel easier to not even consider applying for live attendance. Well, actually, the first few years we just needed to not say NO loud enough in order to get tickets. The reason this year is not Siri, Swift, or something Apple is doing wrong. Even though there’s plenty of that.

Isn't it a bit funny how CDU/SCU and SPD are now rushing to secure 500 billion Euros in debt to make up for failures they accumulated in various configurations over the last 20+ years? And they need to get approval for that money before the next Bundestag takes over, where they will no longer find the necessary majority. IMHO that weak majority is largely caused by those failure to begin with. What are we going to learn from this debacle?
