okay on that note does anyone have advice for when you quit smoking and suddenly it feels weird to stand outside alone at the gig / social function? that is the part i am having the most trouble with

@Benis staying home completely makes things worse in my experience. better to just tell yourself its fine to leave whenever you need to. or just temporary dip out for a walk around the block (i do this all the time).
also highly recommend bringing your non-alcohol drink of choice so you have something in hand.
