@helvetica there’s a *very* weird glitch on today’s break of the week. Try to start by hitting the cue ball off the cushion and into the 9, which hits the 13 into the pocket. It’s super heavy and you need to hit really hard. After that it’s back to normal.

The problem with rate limiters is that they are a great way to shoot yourself in the foot with a denial of service (DOS).

You create a system to reject requests when load is high but apps and users keep hitting refresh causing more load than just serving the requests in the first place.
