This week I received @sarah_edo s book "Engineering Management for the rest of us" and already read half of it.
Besides the great cover it's absolutely spot on and full with great examples. I very much enjoyed the values and trust part in the beginning.
I can highly recommend this to any aspiring engineering manager.
