@AngelAndHisWx Howdy! I did my dissertation research on how forecasters learn & I studied how people build expertise. You’re trying to learn something that isn’t a simple process. When you analyze, you’re need to apply complex ideas. Therefore, the fastest way to learn is having someone show you — but them *talking out their thinking* is the real key.
