Maybe I don’t want support a company that hands out golden trophies and pays for the demolition of national buildings in order to build a ball room.
Ok, why is now every podcast double? I might have a problem. 😬
(I started using it on two devices, I believe the uniqueID for each podcast has an issue - I’ll have to redo that part - guess I will just use the feed url as unique identifier)
My app „Up Next“ downloads podcast feeds, creates for each episode an enter to the SwiftData (synced with CloudKit). I also store Chapters, transcripts (if available) and bookmarks. Most of it is pure text/strings (chapters might have image data). How the hell can this take up 3GB in my iCloud?
(Audio files are stored separately in the app‘s cache folder)
Does anyone else see the Item behind a tabbaraccessory get the tab on the accessory? (Only the animation of the button below is played - the action of the button is not run) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I quickly created a feature image for Up Next. The spacing of the elements might not be perfect, but this is what I have now. Midgeht improve later.

Pending Apple Release.
Besides encoding HTTP Basic into the URL, the app can also ask for authentication if it’s required by the server.
In the beginning I tried to recreate the preview to match the exported video in SwiftUI, but then I realized that I can just use the code that writes the video frames to also provide the preview image. And now I can easily show the different export formats without trying to fight SwiftUI.

No seriously. This has to stop.
