I lead #cybersecurity, risk, and #privacy teams. I'm interested in law and politics, though I'd really like to be less interested in those things.
I love reading, making, traveling, and being Bluey's dad!

All my international friends need to realize that Americans just aren't who we pretend to be. Yes, the United States should be in full revolt; overthrowing Trump SHOULD be on the table as we speak. But it's not, because we're not the brave libertarians (in the classical sense) we pretend to be. We're bootlickers, weasels and snitches. That's American culture. Do not expect us to topple Trump because of a war half a world away that most of us tuned out 10 minutes after it started.

Boosting this once more. I'm open to working with artists across Europe and not just in Portugal. I've had a difficult time locating artists in Portugal. I know they exist, I just can't connect with them. So if you or someone you know is an atrist/illustrator in Europe, please ping me! :)

I also didn't think I'd have to write this, but just to be sure that it's taken seriously, I'm not looking for handouts and expect to pay the asking rate.

Thanks!

These pukes should not experience a moment of peace for the rest of their lives. If you're into punching Nazis, count these subhuman scumbags among them.

Re-reading "Neuromancer" and I'm struck how the protagonist wanting to get out of debt by selling 3MB of RAM went from being laughably dated to seeming actually plausible within recent months

LOL this is among the most incredibly stupid things I've seen attempted with vibe coding yet

In 2025, I found 3 popular apps leaking sensitive user data thanks to simple security bugs. In this *very* deep-dive for subscribers, this is how I use network analysis tools (like Burp) to understand how apps and websites work & share your data — and how you can, too!

I explain how to get started with Burp and similar browser tools, we'll explore API basics, how to understand network requests, and how to get started. I'll also include examples for you to follow along.

A beginner's guide to analyzing the network traffic of apps and websites

In 2025, journalist Zack Whittaker found three popular apps were leaking sensitive user data. This is how he uses network analysis tools like Burp Suite to understand how apps and websites work and share your data. This is how you can, too.

Field work in one of the smallest countries, Sao Tome, looking for one of the largest snails, unfortunately also endangered. Success! Giant Obo snail, bigger than your regular Giant African land snail - and sinistral coiling. PS individuals shown are only teenagers, not fully grown #snails #saotome #chirality
Noem's resignation reminds us that the only crime you can commit in Trump's eyes is making him look bad.
