Payment systems here are superior to those in the US in every way but one - you always have to send a proof of payment manually via email to whoever you're paying. I'm not entirely even clear on why except that they must not get an automated notification of payment or something, or perhaps those managing payments don't actually have access to the payment systems. IDK but it's silly.
