Congratulations to Dr. Rashonda Johnson, Evident Change's newest PhD! Dr. Johnson successfully defended her doctoral dissertation, “Assessing the Risk, Addressing the Need: A Mixed-Methods Approach to Designing a Strengths-Based, Post-Incarceration, Correctional Assessment Tool for Women," as the capstone of her work in the community psychology program at National Louis University.
Dr. Johnson is currently a doctoral research assistant with Evident Change.
