@KneeNeart It's one big horrible loop of yarn. The solution is enlisting someone who loves you to hold the darn thing for 30 mins while you slowly turn it into a usable form. My partner has me do it once in a while.

All I can say is that as a mountain climber, if a climbing parner coiled my rope like this I'd never climb with them again. Looping any sort of cord/rope like this should be illegal... 😆

I'm completely out of my depth here, but my immediate thought is to assume the moderators are human (and therefore each biased in their own unique way) and build a system that ensures moderation happens with checks and balances.

Such as maybe:
- mods should review each other's decisions (collegially)
- initial decisions should be appealable/temporary
- there should be room for forgiveness of transgressions
- permanent actions should be decided by multiple people

The goal would be to help a team be fair to all users and catch decisions that were too harsh or too lenient.

Or I missed your point completely 😬
