@DarkSheepArts You also have an opportunity to find out why you expected so much of the other person that you now end up hurt. Right now it might sound like b.s. but trust me, you can get to a point where you see such a situation as growth and training opportunity.
And if your life is like mine, then in the next days or weeks you will run into a situation where you treat someone similar to how you’ve been treated now. Keep open eyes, that shame, too, is a learning opportunity.
