We voted Friday morning just before the lunch rush. My blue city had several seats in my district where the Dem ran unopposed. But the state and federal all had opps: US House, Gov, Lt Gov, state AG, state board of Education, and of course, President. Hoping for lots and lots of blue. #vote #USPol #Kamala

A friend and I walked in her neighborhood a couple weeks ago and a huge Magnolia tree had this pretty bloom. It was insanely hot that day, so we took our time to look at all the pretty flowers along the way. A bit of real life #bloomscrolling

@futurebird the red ants are finally out for spring and I got a couple pics. With my old phone, so not the best. You had guessed before they are probably a type of carpenter ant, common to NC. These were in the park, which has a creek and a lot of natural areas. These were along the paved path in the grassy part of the park.

We don't celebrate Christmas so much as enjoy the lights and spectacle. This year we took a few minutes with the fur family sisters and snapped a cute photo or two. No cats were harmed and they forgot their murder plans after they received their photoshoot payment of treats. #catsofmastodon #cats

I don't generally like KickStarter, because sometimes the people don't ever follow up again after they get the $$. But I'm trusting the Pratchett Estate and @neilhimself and @ColleenDoran on this one. It just started today 8/1 It's almost 2pm EDT and it's already reached it's £25K goal! Congratulations y'all!!
