TRUE & FALSE - trick question, you do have to submit a DMP but it's by M6. So I recommend starting writing your DMP from the start of your project, don't underestimate the time it takes, especially getting information from all the different partners.

FALSE - most publishers' platform aren't considered as a trusted repository and/or follow all of the FAIR principles to make your data available (e.g. attributing a DOI, applying CC0 or CC-BY licences, follow metadata standards). Make sure to always upload on a compliant repository (e.g. Zenodo), even though you shared it elsewhere
