Hi Daniel! Here's a follow up on the #GreenNewDeal from Naomi Wolf who breaks-down bills on the regular for lay people. Scarey- Absolute power over land & sea by a few unelected officials.
Note the bill doesn't even MENTION taking on the military industrial complex responsible for 93% of all US CO2 emissions, so..
First time bernie actually said something true.
Note: I actually love his honesty of character and he might get my vote on those grounds alone. But he is pretty clueless :)
It was brought to my attention via retweet by journo Cory Morningstar that the "Green New Deal" provides partnership with the nuclear industry as clean energy.
This is unthinkable given 3 mile Island, Fukushima, the Irish Sea... Does this seem possible? The portion of the bill that relates to this is below. #GreenNewDeal #Environment #Progressive
