@[email protected] @aral haha, oh my, first time being called a liberal :) By US standards I would be considered more extreme than Bernie :)

Also, mind your fucking language.

Anyway, you completely missing my point. Between the choice of Harris and Trump, supporting Harris is the best chance of getting the genocide addressed in Gaza, thus I don’t understand the campaign against Harris.

So there…

@aral @gwaldby @Orca yeah democracy is questionable at best, looking from the other side of the pond. When a big factor is the amount of money collected from donors than it’s a at least a different kind of democracy.
@aral @gwaldby @ojrask it is, but not one that seems to be able to win an election, which was my point: https://mastodon.social/@egil/113019044394966636

@danielquinn @aral @gwaldby I see I failed to make my point clear: the problem is that a anti-Israel candidate would be very unlikely to win an election in the US in November 2024.

So yes, IF I were to get a vote (I’m not from the US), I would vote for the candidate that I think is most likely to fix the situation. That’s definitely not Trump.

@gwaldby @aral I am absolutely not a fan of what’s going on in Gaza, that said, from a political point of view I don’t think it’s an clear cut case for Harris and Biden, especially not during an election year, and I don’t think Trump is going to be better for Palestinians than Harris. Do you?
Big improvement!
@ddoomen as often as I remember, and I rewrite commits all the time. I follow conventional commits (https://www.conventionalcommits.org) that helps me create commits that are strict in what kind of change they include. That makes them more valuables, easier to revert, and helps me break up changes and commit more often.

@alfiekohn I too like your (INSERT BOOK TITLE HERE), it’s really very good 😅
@scottgal think it was Scott Hanselman himself actually.
@scottgal not trying to be mean. Just remember somebody referring to all Scott's except Scott Guthrie at Microsoft as lesser Scott's 🙂
