If you're an abuse survivor of any kind, BUT ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A MAN, don't allow fear to steal your voice. Be honest but never quiet. Your story matters. People WILL believe you. The ones that seek honesty or actually care for you will.

The Social Media Validation Drug just destroyed what little remained in my life. Recovering from my own drug addiction was freaking hard, but being a spouse and having them choose social media fame and validation over you is devastating.
