@magus goal/cult combo doesn't really matter that much. I merely saves you levelling up the lore.

@magus oh wait, not exalted, seers. You can't get seers (with 90% success rate)

@magus yes. You can then use any lore to advance, but you don't get exalted followers

@magus on the other hand, I've never said everyone should be there all at once.
