This Friday at Sirius Arts Centre, I will perform between its basement & Cork Harbour. The performance lasts 24 hours, beginning & ending on 21/22 February in line with Cork Harbour's tides
The work engages with the colonial context of SIRIUS, Cork Harbour, and the Atlantic, as sites of forced migration & loss. By entering self-imposed isolation within the space, I allow my body to function as a transducer for the histories inscribed within it, translated through the body, voice and painting
