Some Pavement tonight on #vinyl. Winding down the day.
Look what came in today! Looks sharp. Thanks @MisterAddons for the fast shipping. Looks great on the MiSTer case.
Friday night listening. Music to make dinner by...
Been trying to learn this beast for the past couple of weeks. I've been so far removed from playing music I've gone very rusty. I am having a lot of fun with the tracker interface though.
Doing research for the show and trying a game I've never played before. Tough, but fun. MegaPanel on the Sega Megadrive (Genesis). A Japan exclusive.
Been looking forward to this game and it launched today! Dice & Fold on #Steam. Just beat the Jack on my first run. Love the game! And it's on sale for about 10 bucks.
Some Billie tonight for Friday... It's been a long week. #vinyl
Grabbed this SCART to component converter to play my Neo Geo MVS and MiSTer on my larger CRT. Loving it! The picture is amazing.
Played a bit of Point Blank 2 on #ps1 last night with Sinden Lightgun. It's a fun one!
A bit of Erasure tonight. The Innocents. #vinyl

@duhproject nice tv! Is that a 25” or is it larger?
@finite9 It's a 20" Toshiba Flat CRT. I found it on Craigslist about 10 years ago. It was like the one I had in an apartment way back.
@duhproject I hear it’s reasonably easy to find a CRT in America? Not so much here in Sweden. I’ve got an old 25” B&O that’s got quite bad geometry that I can’t fix and the curved Phillips tube in it doesn’t seem a patch on those nice *Trons, like Trinitron, Flatron, etc. what’s the Pixel Gaiden consensus on the best CRT for retro gaming these days? Have you already covered that in a previous episode?
@finite9 We talk about them often but not sure we've talked specifically about them in a segment. Might be a good idea for a future show. My best crt is my Sony PVM. Plays PAL and NTSC and all input types. It's a small screen though. Would love a large crt like my Toshiba that does both. My Toshiba only does NTSC.
