we are slowly approaching a decentralized, more chaotic and warped internet.

people will flock to apps like these to have a semblance of normalcy, but they will gain nothing but disappointment.

the decentralization of the internet will pave way to gated internet communities, cults, and other such platforms and groups where their activities will continue to remain unnoticed.

we should ask ourselves the question of whether we should support this or balance this before it gets worse.

people will continue to see the man who chose to stand up against greed as a hero, or a villain.

a man who was affected by the after results of chasing pleasure, is denied coverage in a country where healthcare is a profit and not a necessity.

and so he chooses to do what others would see as "the unthinkable". and what others have longed to see.

what happens after, we do not know.

we now see that the outright radicalization of peoples in various parts of the developed and semi developed world.

corporations attempt to obtain influence within governments to ensure that their existence is not threatened by competitors.

they will sacrifice innocent lives in order to ensure that their monetary growth remains unchallenged.

we have become a corporatocracy. a global oligarchy.

and yet, we did nothing. how low the world has stooped. how shameful we, humanity have become.

what a funny world we live in.

saddening, in fact.

for most of my life, i have grown to loathe society given that my environment and my community was anything but a place to grow in.

people are more quick to scheme, lie, manipulate and drive people to a corner rather than lend a hand and drive them to be included into the community.

the fact that we encourage competition instead of shared progress and achieve desired goals goes to show how filthy and putrid we as a global society has stooped low to.

i wish for the people to truly see how important it is to have a calm, rational mind, before forcing themselves to do anything.

i wish for the people to truly see how important it is to get to know one another before they immediately become dismissive and ghost them before they bother asking why someone is the way they are.

i wish for the people to truly wake up from their own nightmares, and learn to embrace each other without the need to draw a weapon.

sadly, we stooped very low. by a lot.

what sickens me more is that we're forced to see people mindlessly driving themselves to do more painstaking labour, aspiring that their sacrificed blood, sweat, and tears will bring out the fruits of which they will seldom get, but their offspring will benefit from.

and then when it comes our turn to do the same, we are then denied such an opportunity to change the world.

the truth is, they fear us.

they fear the young, for they bear the knowledge, even tools that the old envy to no end.
