@darnell The only way Lukashenko has stayed in power has been playing off the West and Russia off each other. The moment he gets the balance wrong, he falls off the teeter totter. He's already to close to the Russian side b/c the West has pushed for regime change and Putin is too busy with Ukraine to slurp up Belarus.

@MrMeritology @chiesennegs One of the core challenges is always weakening of insurance standards. It's notoriously hard to assess cyber risk and easy to obfuscate the risk level. If you're going to reinsure cyber, I would be really nervous the originating insurers maintaining standards.
