There are a lot of options in the Medieval City builder category. Manor Lords is the big one I think. City Tales Medieval Era is a bit different. You can draw your own districts and watch them grow organically. Which is damn cool. The way the game deals with workers is different from anything I have seen. You send a companion to train the workers. Once they are trained the buildings operates on their own. The companion moves to the next building in need. No more juggling workers. Game is not out yet, soon ™ Worth a wishlist add or watch if you enjoy a good city builder.
