I did, however, finish both Dusa and Aphrodite’s storylines which I think were the last two I had left
About 170 runs in I think
Two 15 Heat runs ended at the final fight. Didn’t get Patroclus on either and I just don’t have the health/defense to withstand all of Styx
Though on the 2nd I lost a DD in a Thanatos room. Sloppy
I think I have 15&16 in me, though. My timing and positioning is getting better and better. I don’t take much damage from non-bosses until Elysium
14 Heat down with Malphon and the Magnetic Cutter.
Went back to a Zeus + Athena build and got saved by a key Patroculus room to restock Death Defiance
Finished pretty well in the end
Achievements 47/49 and 48/49 for #HadesGame acquired tonight!!!
FINALLY got 30% for the Pierced Butterfly with my beloved Twin fists (well 32% actually for good measure)
And on the next run I finally used an Olympian's Greater Call against them in a Trial (Poseidon)
The only Achievement left now is Skelly's reward for 16 Heat, and I got my first 9 Heat with the Twin Fists tonight, so I'm on my way. I may just shoot for 16 next week and see how things go
I did get 46/69, btw.
The last remaining are:
- Thanatos' Butterfly to 30% (I've gotten 26 and 28 multiple times, which is... frustrating)
- 16 Heat
- Using a fully charged Call from a god against themselves.
I know I can do all of those eventually but Hades II is just calling my name so hard
Apparently I stopped in the middle of a Coronacht (bow) run last week and picked up right at the first boss fight
Switched to Artemis’ trinket in between stages and immediately got what I was hoping for: the incantation to unlock Coronacht’s hidden aspect, the last one I needed to get Achievement 46/49
Also I have gotten so much better with the bow, and it has made me so much better at the game in general
