@alaric It's amazing to see that crypto engenders irrational thinking on both sides. "There is no ethical use case or means of implementation of NFTs" reeks of ideological thinking. Technology being values-agnostic is a pretty orthodox view in science

@arstechnica It's great to see so much progress in renewables, but I think ditching nuclear was a mistake. Until we have reliable grid-scale storage, renewables will always need to be backed by something else, and at the moment the only non-carbon emitting option is nuclear (unless you have the right geography for hydro or geothermal)

It's too bad we can't seem to have a sensible debate on immigration anymore. Immigration is an ingredient in the economic cookbook. It is vital for some dishes, optional for others, and can be overpowering when used to excess.
