So I deleted the watermelon and had success! Halleluiah!

I go to https://designer.microsoft.com/image-creator and write: "The goddess of home entertainment furiously commanded the heavens with her remote control." It replies "Something may have triggered Microsoft's Responsible AI guidelines. Please change your phrasing and try again."

I think there are two AIs here: A powerful one generates images, and a lesser one censors the output of the first one. It doesn't know art, but it knows what it doesn't like.

So I put her in a house dress and pearls and got a picture.
