Saw Samantha Fish last night at the Keswick for the first time. She can play and she's a dynamic performer. Here she is playing a cigar box guitar. Jon Spencer opened with a punk set that didn't quite fit the setting, then Cedric Burnside played a cool Mississippi hill country blues set. #livemusic #blues

Saw JRAD last night at The Met in Philly. They never disappoint. They're so creative and high energy with interesting song choices, and placement. And the venue is beautiful and has great sound. #deadfreaksunite

Saw Karina Rykman right in my little south Jersey town last night. She played as part of the Summer Sundown concert series (also this year - Bob Mould, Joan Osborne, Low Cut Connie and Chuck Prophet). Great to ride my bike down the road and see a free show.
